  We had an excellent experience working with Kantor & Kantor regarding my mom’s long-term care insurance policy with a major provider. Before finding them, we contacted five other attorneys specializing in insurance and long-term care claims. Every one of those firms told us we likely did not have a case or showed little interest in looking deeper. Kantor & Kantor was the only firm that immediately recognized that there was a legitimate issue with the handling of my mom’s claim. From our very first conversation, it was clear they had deep expertise in long-term care insurance and understood exactly how these policies work and how insurers like Unum evaluate claims. They took the time to carefully review the policy, the claim history, and the medical records, and they explained the process to us in a way that was clear and reassuring. Throughout the entire case they were responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. Because of their knowledge and persistence, we were able to successfully recover benefits under my mom’s long-term care policy.   Glenn and Andrew are amazing attorneys who fight for your rights! I felt confident in both of them from the start. I never imagined I had a chance to win prior hiring them.   Kantor & Kantor represented me in regards to a medical insurance treatment denial. I can't express how happy and impressed I am with the representation I received from Kantor & Kantor. I was turned down by no less than three law firms prior to identifying Kantor & Kantor. The other firms weren't interested in spending the time to work on a "not so slam dunk" case. Tim Rozelle worked with me on an almost daily basis to make sure he understood the issues and, more importantly, to make sure I was comfortable with his proposed course of action. Tim is a true champion for patient’s rights when it comes to medical insurance company denials. Glenn Kantor, as well as Tim, were present for my "day in court". Glenn was on point and very clear and concise. Glenn and Tim double teamed the defendants and the judge. The defendants quickly acquiesced and agreed to our settlement demands. I would highly recommend Kantor & Kantor.

I’ve always received emails with status changes and updates without needing to contact my representative first. When others turned me away this firm accepted to represent me and I couldn’t be happier!
