  We had an excellent experience working with Kantor & Kantor regarding my mom’s long-term care insurance policy with a major provider. Before finding them, we contacted five other attorneys specializing in insurance and long-term care claims. Every one of those firms told us we likely did not have a case or showed little interest in looking deeper. Kantor & Kantor was the only firm that immediately recognized that there was a legitimate issue with the handling of my mom’s claim. From our very first conversation, it was clear they had deep expertise in long-term care insurance and understood exactly how these policies work and how insurers like Unum evaluate claims.   I was really satisfied with the work Kantor & Kantor did on my behalf to help me successfully apply for and win private disability insurance benefits after a chronic illness worsened in severity and forced me to leave my job. In an initial phone call before I became a client, founding partner Glenn Kantor was surprisingly generous with his time and freely offered me clear advice and guidance. After I retained Kantor & Kantor, the attorney Andrew Kantor worked with me on a day-to-day basis, interpreting my policies and guiding me through the application process. The application process itself involves a lot of time and effort and is at times fairly confusing, so Andrew's guidance was extremely helpful and reassuring. He also addressed quite a few legal issues, questions, and concerns that came up in my case. Andrew's guidance, based on a sharp legal mind, his knowledge of the laws that govern private disability insurance, and his extensive practical experience, was always clear and ultimately proved to be spot-on. He and his paralegal Kelli were consistently accessible, responsive, and respectful in every interaction I had with them.
