  Some attorneys handle your case, but a truly exceptional attorney stands beside you and your family every step of the way. Michael Rott is that kind of attorney. I am the applicant’s wife, and I will always be grateful to Michael for what he did for my husband and our family during his very difficult California workers’ compensation case, which ultimately resulted in a seven-figure settlement with lifetime benefits. My husband suffered a serious head injury in the course of his employment, leading to a very difficult California workers’ compensation case. From the moment Michael took over the case, he fought relentlessly for my husband. He never made us feel alone or forgotten. He personally gave us his phone number and remained accessible by phone and email, even on weekends.   I highly recommend Matthew Blancato. Matthew was always professional and available to answer my questions and emails. He helped me through the travesty of a broken system that is Worker’s Compensation. He suggested fantastic, caring orthopedic surgeons, Dr. David Fabi/Dr. Michael Muldoon, & brought a difficult case to a fair settlement.
