  I was impressed with the level of detail miss Phinney put into my case; she gave me good case updates and I always knew what was happening on my case when I called the office. The office is in a convenient location too, located right next to the Vista courthouse.

  I would say Mr Fischer is the best writer and listener I have ever come across., When I was stuck in my legal mess—custody, support, the whole heartbreak rodeo—he showed up like a champ and delivered. This guy’s legal mind is pure platinum; Smooth. Smart. Unshakable. Got me more parenting time than I thought possible and didn’t back down for a second. If you want polish, go find a mannequin. If you want results, call this guy. He's the real deal. Rock steady, counselor.

  My Thomas Fischer was well-prepared, detail-oriented, and strategic in court; I was impressed by his ethos: It was clear that he not only understands family law thoroughly but also truly cares aboutwho he represents.   First off... Yes, the attorney does smell like cigarettes but hey all geniuses chain smoke (Oppenheimer and Einstein did). If you want a genius to work on your case retain this firm. I was facing a few accusations from my partner all of which were not true but would have left me without access to my children. Thankfully, Attorney Fischer ran some discovery on my ex partner that exposed the lies. I am grateful everyday for his amazing work on restoring custody.
