  First off... Yes, the attorney does smell like cigarettes but hey all geniuses chain smoke (Oppenheimer and Einstein did). If you want a genius to work on your case retain this firm. I was facing a few accusations from my partner all of which were not true but would have left me without access to my children. Thankfully, Attorney Fischer ran some discovery on my ex partner that exposed the lies. I am grateful everyday for his amazing work on restoring custody.

  Dealing with a high conflict divorce takes a patient person. Because of that I would highly recommend Paula to anyone who is in need of representation in family court and in any matters related to divorce, high conflict, custody, etc. This was my first time using an attorney and Paula made me feel like this wasn't just another job or client for her. I felt like she really cared about doing what was right and fair for me and my children. She was responsive to my questions and highly knowledgeable. Her fees are fair and reasonable. I admire her assertiveness and professionalism and will forever be grateful to her and her team for supporting me in my legal affairs.

  Thomas has been my attorney for the last 2 years during a lengthy custody suit. He maintains a level of professionalism that is unrivaled and is extremely detail oriented so that all facets of the case were covered. He provided me a common sense outlook even when things from my perspective were appearing dismal. After 2 years of hard work, my case is finally finished (in my favor!) and he continues to remain engaged in post-trial follow up. I highly recommend him for anyone with a contentious custody situation or move away request.
