- HJHayley J3 days ago1.0After a 32 minute call where the person doing intake didn’t listen well at all they told me they couldn’t take my case even though it’s exactly what this firm supposedly does. I’m beyond unimpressed and highly irritated. They call me at 8:30pm after a long day and waste my time. Have nothing to show for it and then don’t even have the decency to tell me why or explain and apologize. So rude. Incredibly discourteous and poorly run. They called me before and claimed they could help me and now this and telling me they can’t take my case. Don’t call people and waste their time!

They dropped my case as soon as they had to do digging into insurance and just told me it wasn’t worth the effort. They care about money. My case is very winnable they just don’t want to fight for the people as they claim.
