  Paid $209 for a consultation. Accepted the offer of representation, was ignored for a week, and was finally told that the practice was too busy, and suggested I seek other counsel. Completely unprofessional.

  I’ve hired Mr Fischer for my very straight forward divorce. He failed to prepare paperwork appropriately, ditched me in court, did math wrong, filed the divorce paperwork wrong with court, and did not communicate with me. The divorce was submitted with court in October and I kept asking him and his paralegal for updates, to which they responded that the court is processing the divorce. In February I called court myself, just to find out the paperwork was not filed correctly and was sent back to Mr Fischer way back in October already, so him and his paralegal actually just lied about the status. They resubmitted and the divorce was finalized in March. It’s now almost August and although I have tried to reach out several times, I have never received a final invoice or breakdown of a bill, and possible money back from my retainer. WORST PART: I was not informed about the need for a QDRO to access my retirement. This is a very important part of the divorce, and Mr Fischer never educated me about it - he actually told me I’m all in the clear. So I needed to hire a new attorney, as Mr Fischer has completely ghosted me. My new attorney also identified that Mr Fischer did the math for child support and alimony WRONG, so I’ve been receiving $300/month less than what I deserve. (!!!!!) Going through a divorce is painful enough, please don’t hire Mr Fischer to add to it.

  Hiring Isaac Fisher was a waste of time, money, and emotional labor. Not only was communication sparse with both Isaac and his secretary Jayme, but multiple times I had to correct errors in what he was filing. He failed to let the judge know of the many efforts and service attempts made and I had my contempt case thrown out due to lack of service. Now I'm having to navigate this case on my own and I'm out the $3000 I paid him originally. Furthermore, I have no idea if any of that retainer remained because I never received a billing statement. I hired him based off a recommendation of my family law lawyer Raquelle Vernon who mentioned they used to date. Extremely unprofessional, do not hire this man or Raquelle Vernon for that matter.

  I've had several consultations with attorneys and by far Isaac was the most honest, knowledgeable, and concise with the information he provided. I'd recommend him for any family law case issue you may have. He's also very affordable.
