- JJJessica JuarezSep 14, 20265.0Barbara helped me to get my social security. It took us almost three years to go before the judge. I got all the documentation she needed from my doctors and then we went before the judge and she reviewed with me on how to answer questions. She was amazing. Then a month after the hearing I got a phone call from social security saying they needed to go over some info so they could pay me, I thought it was a scam call. I called Barbara and asked her and she checked and said I got a fully favorable decision. Unreal, I couldn’t believe it, we fought so long. But that’s not the end of the story. In April of this year I had lumbar fusion surgery and it was major, since the surgery my doctor found out I have severe form of anemia that requires me to have iron infusions while the doctors try to find the origin of the anemia. I have Medicare A and B now so I get a lot of things covered and I’m grateful, but if it wasn’t for Barbara I don’t know where I would be health wise. Barbara will fight for you as long as you are willing to fight also. One more thing I was 46 when she won my case!
