  I recently used Devereaux Estate Law to prepare my living trust. Brady was friendly, personable, and patient with all of my "what if" questions. I found him to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. My trust was prepared within a week of the initial meeting and signing was a breeze. He took the time to explain what each document was and how to fund the trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Brady for any of your estate planning needs.

When I needed guidance on navigating the California legal system, he was very quick to respond and help me understand the potential estate issues involved.   My husband and I needed to update our revocable trust. We researched several attorneys in the greater Sacramento Area, and Devereaux Estate Law had very good reviews. Brady made what can be an overwhelming and kind of morbid (I mean you are preparing for your death) process fairly simple. He had us complete a packet, met with us, and really took the time to get to know us, and our situation. Brady answered all of our questions, and gave us examples that were relevant to our specific situations. Brady took the time to ensure we understood the process, content, and were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Brady also made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do to put all of our accounts, and investments into our trust in an effort to ensure nothing falls through the cracks when we are gone. Brady’s easy going bright personality was not what we were expecting from a trust attorney, but it sure was welcome.
