  Apparently, this Law Firm absolutely hates money. I'm literally ready to pay them a retainer and hire them to take on my complex child custody case and instead I get the runaround from Diane wasnicky assistant shayla who blew me off on Friday and then said she would get back to me and never did and then I talked to some lady name Angela, who sounded pretty cold and tried to transfer me to a voicemail. This is a Law Firm and were people who have feelings and needs to get stuff done. You're giving us the runaround and blowing us off. I hope you don't get no money or no business cause you don't deserve any. And it's laughable that you came highly recommended from another attorney who is a family member of mine who recommended this place obviously he was totally wrong and I'll be sure not to recommend them to anyone else

  Mende Romaniak is unprofessional, dishonest and has slandered my character on a number of occasions. Her assistant Christine has filled out forms incorrectly regarding my name and other personal information. When I questioned her, she became extremely rude continually interupting me and would not answer very simple direct questions regarding where she received the innacurate information which is vitality important to be accurate.

  Happy customer here for Carla Castaneda Terry, Attorney at Law with Bartholomew & Wasznicky. This was not my first firm, but it should have been. She picked up the case which was in shambles and straightened things out. Having support of the firm and other knowledgeable staff was a great asset as well. Competitive rates for the financially concerned. Communication was great, emails, in person, virtual , phone calls. I felt I was a respected client and not lost in the caseload. Nancy Garcia as the Senior Paralegal was fantastic as well. Quick on replies from Attorney’s desk and kept me in the know. Again, the communication was excellent! One tends to worry or get frustrated in the mix of court and legal jargon. As a lay person it was a comforting feeling during stressed times having this Firm on my side. Would recommend for any or all of your Family Law related cases.

  I have worked with this firm for years. More recently, my experience with Nathan Erickson has been very positive. He was always attentive and very knowledgeable in family law matters and I would highly recommend him.
