After receiving an email about my case in April, I contacted the office twice to ask for clarification. Each time, I was assured that someone would return my call, but I never heard back. I understand that not every case can be accepted, but I expected the courtesy of a follow-up. I hope the firm improves its communication with prospective clients in the future.

I initially reached out and requested a callback regarding my case, but I did not receive any follow-up communication. After waiting for a response, I was later informed that my case was not accepted for business reasons. While I understand that law firms may decline cases based on their internal criteria, I expected at minimum a clear and timely response or explanation. The lack of communication throughout the process made the experience frustrating and unclear, especially when seeking legal guidance during a stressful situation. Overall, my concern is not only the decision not to take my case, but also the lack of responsiveness and communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm, as I believe clear communication and follow-through are important when individuals are seeking legal assistance.
