  Life leads us down some pretty strange roads and some times those roads are pretty messy with no maintenance. No body wakes up one day to say I want to get married and get a divorce latter on. My separation was awful on all accounts. Mr. Lynch and his associates along with his professional and proficient team at Garry, Till, Burlingham and Lynch made that road a little bit smoother for me. Being advised by Mr. Lynch saved me a lot of heart ache with his organized thought process and knowledge. No divorce is cheap but going with GTBL law was worth every bit.   I Daniel Young will prove with the photo evidence I am providing will show Attorney Steven Burlingham, Attorney Greg Beyer, Attorney David Brown, and Paralegal Jennifer Schreiber, all conspired with each other by each of them committing an overt act to release Attorney Steven Burlingham, from representing my Mother Nellie Young, on the upcoming December 6th court proceeding, because court investigator requested it from Attorney Steven Burlingham, The photo evidence is clear, (#1) On November 1st 2018 Attorney Steven Brown was retained for 10,000 dollars to represent my Mother and I (#2) I read Court Investigator Robin Pearls investigative report where she states their is a potential conflict my Mother and I being represented by the same attorney Steven Burlingham, and she requesting that a Court appointed attorney to represent my Mother Nellie Young. (#3) The photo evidence shows i retained Attorney Greg Beyer and associates for 9,000 dollars cash to work with Attorney Steven Burlingham, to remove the potential conflict brought up by Court Investigator Robin Leslie Pearl, (#4) The photo evidence shows on November 2nd Court Investigator Robin Pearl gave her investigative report to Attorney Steven Burlingham where she is requesting a Court appointed attorney to represent my mother. (#5) The photo evidence shows Attorney Steven Burlingham, initiated the criminal conspiracy to have himself removed from representing my mother Nellie Young, and the photo evidence shows each individual committed an overt act to bring the criminal conspiracy court investigator Robin Pearl and Attorney Steve Burlingham, were both conspiring for, which is to have my mother Nellie Young represented by a court appointed attorney. (#6) On November 2nd Attorney Steve Burlingham requested a Substitution of Attorney from Attorney Greg Beyer. (#7) The overt act initiated by attorney Greg Beyer he provided the Substitution of Attorney Attorney Steve Burlingham requested. (#8) The overt act initiated by Attorney David Brown on November 28th he obtained my signature on the Substitution of Attorney (#9) The overt act Paralegal Jennifer Schreiber initiated was filing the Substitution of Attorney without the signature of Steve Burlingham , (#10) On December 4th Attorney Steve Burlingham prepared a second Substitution of Attorney and forged my signature on the Substitution of Attorney and it to release himself as my Mothers Attorney. (#11) On December 6th the court appointed Barbara Bender as my Mothers new attorney . (#12) On January 13th Attorney Steven Burlingham claims I never retained him to represent me or my mother and kept the 10,000 thousand dollar retainer. This is where the problem lies on November 2nd Attorney Steven Burlingham admits representing me and he knows Attorney Greg Beyer is representing my Mother until he asked Attorney Greg Beyer for the Substitution of Attorney . The evidence shows the Substitution Of Attorney Steve Burlingham prepared shows that i released Attorney Steve Burlingham and my mothers New Attorney is David Brown but Attorney David Brown Shows up representing me not my Mother causing a abandonment of My Mother
