  Michael & his staff were very supportive & understanding with my complicated case. A couple of suggestions would be to have sent correspondence to my spouse via certified US mail instead of via email (tracking) especially since she was sick & never responded & a phone call regarding her passing verses an email.

  These are facts. Jennifer Kemp waited four months to provide documents to the forensic accountant we engaged and to ask him about availability. When he wasn’t available, she had to request a trial continuance. Within days, she had withdrawn. When you read their response, please note that they have every reason to deny this occurred. After all, Chad had been told about her performance problems, and she was made a senior attorney. This looks very bad for them. Ms. Kemp mumbled through hearings for which she was unprepared, requiring me to prompt her. At one point, I had to get her prepared for a hearing that was 20 minutes away, and she said, “Life Happens”. She did say this. In fact, she gave me a very detailed account of the problems in her life, which I will not share here with one exception: she told me she had been defending a Bar complaint. I would be happy to share this with the firm to validate my assertion should they ask. The majority of what she shared with me was not medical in nature. Ms. Kemp herself told me that there had already been a very serious complaint about her by a former client that now sounds very similar to what she did to me. I had previously shared my concerns about her veracity, knowledge, and work ethic with Chad Miller, but he enthusiastically supported her. In fact, she was promoted.

  If you are ever in need of a family lawyer, I highly recommend Miller & Associates. My ex-husband and I worked specifically with Josh Miller for our divorce through mediation. Not only is he extremely professional and knowledgeable, he is kind and compassionate. Guiding us through the process during a rather difficult time. One thing I really liked was the fact that the staff was quick to respond to calls and emails. We also had the pleasure of working with Leigh Coleman.
