  At my bail arraignment, Sam straight got into my face, blocking me off from the judge and angrily hissed for me to “stop talking! Now!” Got my bail dropped from 325- down to 25-!!! Because I was a fugitive, my bail required a gps tracker. Sam got it taken off by third court hearing. Just like he said he would. Sam isn’t just a truck. Sam is a TANK. And because of this tank of an attorney, I am avoiding prison!!!! Cool as a cucumber, sharp as a tack, Sam DOES WHAT HE SAYS, period. I stopped feeling I was going through that nightmare early on, because my lawyer HANDLED it all for me. I didn’t feel like I had to stress on making any sort of decision or what would be the best option, because my lawyer HANDLED that for me. Thank you so much for getting me through one of the hardest times of my life. Your confidence, your intellect, your proficiency& your American Gangster in the court room always put my mind at ease. And it took away my anxiety. Thank you so much for defending me& gifting to me my freedom. So stupid Lucky to have stumbled upon you when I needed hard core DEFENSE. That’s literally you!!!!🙏

  I hired attorney Samuel Berns after a bogus DUI arrest that stemmed from me having the flu. From my research, he was the best at what he does.   Sam is awesome!. Very much straight to the point and explains everything well. I felt extremely comfortable in our conversations and meeting. He followed up on everything he said and made my life much easier. If you have an issue, he's definitely the person to turn to.
