  Professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. Sam responded quickly to all my calls and emails. He answered all my questions and resolved everything in a timely manner. I would definitely refer him to any of my family or friends that need the help.

  I had a small argument at a retail store in Roseville. I told the manager if his employee keeps looking at me in that matter I would call the cops. The manager shook my hand and I went on with my day shopping there for 30 min. The employee and manager seems like they were shady. since I had mentioned I’ll call the cops. They did first. Not only that but they had fabricated things that I have never said. I got arrested aggressively after I finished my shopping there and toke me to jail. I paid my bond and left. I was recommend a law firm that is supposed to be “the one” in placer. They never called back, even after multiple attempts. I called another one and I didn’t like how he sounded. Almost gave me the feeling that he doesn’t believe me 100% until evidence are in. Finally I found Sam on Google. I called him while I’m still shaky, scared and not knowing what to do. Since I’ve never been arrested before. Sam explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. Made me feel better right away. After I hired him, I did some heavy research myself and sent him all my findings. He didn’t mind. My case was dismissed. Sam is not scared, he will write whatever letters or whatever needs to be done to fight for you. Sam didn’t make me feel guilty. Especially that I wasn’t. He believed me! I would recommend him to be on your side, And I would recommend that everyone does heavy research on their own too. for whatever their charge might be. I also learned from the internet that Placer is Placer!!!!. And so you need some serious people on your side.

  Sam is the go to guy for all my legal needs. Came through and got my case dismissed just as he said, and was transparent and had good communication the whole time. I was able to not stress because Sam was on my case.

He’s quick to respond, he’s down to earth, and easy to talk to.   I am quite thankful to have met Sam Berns. I spoke with several other attorneys before I met Sam, and found them to be a bit off putting or unnecessarily expensive.
