  Don't Give Them a single cent They pressure you to fork over your savings upfront before answering basic questions, then go completely silent. You'll never talk to an actual lawyer, and the team turns over every two months anyway. The physical offices are just a fake front for a purely virtual operation designed to take your cash and run.

  Save your time and look for a different option. The communication is really bad, the service isn’t great, and it’s way too expensive for what you get. Definitely not worth it.

  This place is a complete joke. The team is unprofessional, nobody seems to care about your time, and the whole experience was ridiculously frustrating. You waste your time trying to get straight answers and somehow leave even more annoyed than when you started. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!!!

  I’m seriously pissed about this experience. The prices are ridiculous, and the people handling the consultations couldn’t even answer basic questions. I had to keep chasing down a manager just to get straight answers. How is that acceptable? I would never go back or trust them again.

  ⭐ ONE STAR — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE Our family's experience with this law office has been extremely disappointing and concerning. My cousin hired this office for a very serious immigration matter. According to her, she has paid approximately $15,000 in connection with her case, yet after months she has seen little to no apparent progress and has struggled to obtain clear information about what is actually being done. One of the biggest problems has been the lack of communication. She has called the office repeatedly trying to speak directly with the attorney and obtain an update on her case. Almost every time, she is told the attorney is busy, in court, or unavailable. During a period of several months, she was able to speak directly with the attorney only once. For someone who has entrusted an attorney with such an important immigration matter and paid a substantial amount of money, that level of communication is unacceptable to us. My cousin was seeking assistance with her immigration status and work authorization. She repeatedly asked for updates because she wanted to understand what had been filed, what was pending, and what progress had been made. Instead of receiving the clarity and communication she expected, she continued facing requests or discussions involving additional money while still feeling that she had no meaningful answers about her case. Even more concerning, my cousin told our family that she received advice about what to say regarding aspects of her immigration situation that made her uncomfortable because she believed it would not accurately represent the facts of her case. That is an extremely serious concern for us. I am stating this as what my cousin reported about her experience, not as an independently proven accusation. When someone is dealing with immigration, their future and their family's future can be at stake. A client who pays thousands of dollars deserves to know what services are being performed, what has actually been filed, what the next steps are, and to receive reasonable communication from the attorney handling the case. After approximately $15,000, months of trying to communicate, and little to no apparent progress from my cousin's perspective, our family has completely lost confidence in this office. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to get the fee agreement in writing, request receipts for every payment, obtain copies of every document filed with immigration authorities, and ask for written confirmation of exactly what work has been completed on the case. Based on our family's experience, I cannot recommend this law office. One star.
