  Mangosing Law is the only firm any former NFL player should consider engaging for claims involving Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF). They worked tirelessly, kept me informed, and counseled me through the entire process. I knew what to expect every step of the way.

  This office has abandoned me. Phil Allen took my case in 2021 and communication just stopped altogether in 2023. He has no idea of the MAJOR changes in my health and was forced out of my job in 2025. I have left detailed email when the changes started in 2024. No response or returned calls AT ALL. I have called MANY times. Left voicemails and verbal messages with the office. It's 2026 and I will have to get another attorney and need updates and progress or if I'm still a client. I have asked if I'm still a client. I feel like they are intentionally avoiding me. Years of not responding is just rude and WEIRD. I thought maybe they went out of business or Phil is no longer there. But after researching, this is a common complaint with this office. Here's a summary that came up: Public complaints regarding the Richmond, California-based Mangosing Law Group primarily center on communication issues, with former clients citing difficulty reaching the firm, unreturned emails and messages, and overall slow response times regarding the status of their workers' compensation and SIBTF claims.While there is limited formal grievance data available on major consumer platforms—the firm does not have a widely publicized volume of formal misconduct proceedings—the publicly available community feedback highlights these specific operational friction points: Unreturned Messages: Clients have expressed frustration over unanswered calls and the inability to secure conferences with their assigned attorney. Case Progression: Some complaints allege slow handling or lack of clear updates regarding the progression of their unpaid workers' compensation benefits. Office Access: Feedback notes that the office has been closed to the public at times, compounding the difficulty of in-person communication. This is not ok when our health and jobs are on the line. I've never experienced this level of feeling lost and abandoned with any business or attorney before but it's obvious they are either too busy or deem my case not worthy of their time. Whatever the reason, I don't deserve to be left in limbo.

  Thank you, Mr Allen, and team, you guys changed my life forever. I highly recommend Mangosing Law Group, to everyone I know that is in need of counsel. I'm not going to say it was easy, and a little better communication throughout the process would be something to work on. But in the end Mr Allen and his team won my very long case with a 100% award. With that being said, there is no way my wife and I can thank you enough. What you did for us has changed our lives forever.
