I was not notified in writing about you not furthering my case. I would like a 75% reimbursement of the payments I made. If I do not receive my reimbursement I am going to file a case with the Better Business Bureau, and file reviews stating the lack of professionalism and follow-through with my case. I will report you as a fraudulent immigration office taking advantage of the immigrant community. I have paid you up to today MORE $10,000.00 I never received updates, or case status that USCIS had or had not made on my case regarding the I-914 application. I am looking forward to hearing from you within seven (7) business days to resolve this matter. No excuses will be tolerated if no financial reimbursements will be made by your offices. This is a serious and legal matter, and I will find another attorney if no resolution is made to the effect of the monies involved.

Refunds are basically impossible, they just find ways to avoid paying you back and leave you stuck. Feels misleading, and honestly really frustrating dealing with them.
