  Incredible at what she does, and with an amazing attitude about it all no matter the circumstances. Obviously no one wants to have to get an attorney, but if you end up needing one she is the very best at what she does. The other great thing is she isn’t working in a huge office where you are just another file, where they don’t really care about you past consultation and payment. She cares the whole entire time and works so diligently to get the outcome you need and hopefully deserve. I can’t recommend her enough, and I’m blessed to be able to say she got me the best outcome you can ask for. Thank you so much again, I’m eternally grateful for everything you did for me.

  After being charged, I first contacted the attorney who had handled my previous case, but he had retired. I then began searching for a new attorney and spoke with several specialists before finding Ann Gottesman. From our very first phone conversation and meeting at her office, I knew I could completely trust her with my case. After thoroughly reviewing my situation, Ann honestly explained that because of my prior record and the circumstances of my case, the chances of getting my charge reduced were extremely low. She was straightforward and did not want me to spend unnecessary attorney fees pursuing unrealistic expectations. Even so, I asked her to continue and do everything possible for my case. Throughout the entire process, Ann guided me step by step and clearly explained everything I needed to do. English is my second language, but she always took the time to make sure I fully understood every detail. She consistently kept me informed about updates in my case and responded promptly whenever I texted or emailed her. Ann is calm, knowledgeable, professional, and highly respected. It was clear to me that her experience and communication skills carried significant weight with the district attorney’s office. After nearly a year of persistent work — including personal conversations, texts, and emails with the district attorney supervisor — she was eventually able to negotiate a reduced charge for my case. One thing I learned from this experience is how important it is to have an attorney who is familiar with the court system, judges, and district attorneys.   I gotta say Ann is probably one of the sweetest lawyers you might find in this planet earth! Although I haven't had too many experiences with lawyers I do believe she would be on the best in handling your legal case if needed! Right off the bat, she welcomed me with open arms in her office and was very communicative throughout the process. Due to my situation she ended up writing a motion to help expedite the case! Although this might have been long overdue and the tail-end of the case, she handled it professional well and with warmth! Thanks Ann!

  I found Ann Gottesman while searching for a specialized DUI lawyer when an incident arose last year in February and was in need of legal assistance. Ann’s thorough investigation to examine & subpoena every detail of evidence when necessary was one of the main reasons I decided to contact her after getting recommendations from friends and also talking with a few other attorneys. Ann’s great reviews, the description of her law practice and educational information on her website made her stand out from the rest. Ann is the best. She will go above & beyond and is very attentive in providing great communication while being exceptionally quick in responding to emails, texts, or calls. Once things go in to motion, she contributes a considerable amount of information to help navigate your legal situation. She was able to guide me through the framework for these conventional DUI protocols and procedures. I highly applaud her for skills because she is extremely knowledgeable in her profession with law practices. There were other attorneys out there that were a little more affordable but it definitely can be worth working with her depending on your individual situation. Ann is totally fair, direct, and transparent during the whole process when handling your case. I am sincerely thankful to Ann for her help even though my case got automatically ‘set aside’ by the DMV and the court date was dismissed instantly. She said this was the fastest she’s ever seen a DUI get automatically dropped. Currently, I’m having to deal with the inconvenience of getting this expunged from my record after a year has passed. I greatly appreciate Ann for her persistency and assistance throughout this whole confusing experience.
