  Kortnee and Adam are the absolute best. I highly recommend them. My mom needed to updated my parents trust from 15 years ago. My mom is 90 still fierce and strong just moving a bit slower. Kortnee showed such patience with my mom and spent so much time talking with her until she was sure of what my moms goals were and advised her on the best course of action. Kortnee also worked closely with our family's accountant to advise us on the best course of action for certain financial matters. My mom was able to take all the time she needed to think things over and all of her endless questions were answered to her full satisfaction by the time we were finished. Now she has peace and knows that what my dad and her wanted to have happen after they pass is taken care of. I also needed to create my own trust, durable power of attorney, and advanced health care directive for myself. I actually learned so much through the journey. Kortnee and Adams' level of patience, compassion, thoroughness, knowledge and experience was so very helpful. They really listened to what our goals were and explained all of the different choices available to achieve those goals and what those choices could mean in terms of outcomes. There are no words to describe the level of relief to have all of this done and know that it has been done right. To know that my adult children will not have to worry. They have all the tools they need to take care of me if I'm too sick to make choices on my own and for when my time comes everything is taken care of for them. Thank you so very much Adam and Kortnee

  Kortnee helped guide my sister and I through the probate process after our dad died unexpectedly in 2021 with no estate plans. Probate - whether or not the decedent had a will - is a long and convoluted affair, and requires the guidance of someone with intimate knowledge of the legal processes. Do not attempt it alone! Kortnee is highly ethical and knows her stuff, and she'll get you through successfully. She goes above and beyond to help you and she also has awesome referrals for professionals in other areas like real estate, taxes, and investment management. Her services are worth every penny.
