  I have contracted this firm to handle a Domestic Violence Restraining Order evidentiary hearing that my ex-husband had filed against me as well as finishing the divorce I petitioned I filed against him. Lechelle Mercier and Andrew Gibaut have been professional, knowledgeable, and effectively communicative throughout my cases and so far the DVRO was denied entirely. I greatly appreciate Lechelle’s exceptional work and skills in court but more importantly the preparation, discernment, and how she maintained my dignity. The staff overall have also been great support and I will continue to refer others to this firm. I know all cases are unique and my divorce has been highly contentious to say the least. However, R.S.C. provided excellent advisement and the work put into negotiating a settlement as well as preparing for trial is what sets them apart from the other firms I had consulted prior.

  2 years ago Rory Coetzee helped my ex-wife and I with some legal issues regarding community property. He patiently listened to the both of us and drew up an order that he filed at the court. This order met both of our needs. We were on a short timeline and Mr. Coetzee made it a painless and quick process.

  Tyler represented me after having a bad experience with another local attorney. After toiling for three years with the other attorney, he was able to settle my case in three months with a much better result than I would have had if I stayed with what I had. I highly recommend him for his efficiency and ability to negotiate.

  Inferior service. Rory will take your initial call and he will sell you that he will stay on top of your case. I never heard from him again--I was always referred to one of his associates. My attorney in the firm did not inform me that the judge in our dissolution case had signed the agreement 19 days prior. I was informed vis text by my now former spouse. My attorney was my DIVORCE attorney yet he failed for nearly three weeks to inform me I was DIVORCED. And my attorney played it off like it was just an oversight. I do not write bad reviews but after thousands in fees, this is a terrible choice to represent you. Look elsewhere.

  My experience with RSC Law Group was fantastic and they really helped me navigate a difficult situation. I have worked with many attorneys and can say that Rory and his staff are the best I’ve used. They always had my best interest as their top priority and demonstrated tremendous skill and effectiveness during the entire process. I highly recommend RSC!
