  Gary does an amazing job along with his staff keeping information flowing and explaining each step along the way to resolution, I was very happy with the outcome and highly recommend this firm above most others. Personal service and total trust is supreme.

  Im writing this review for my mom , gary nelson the attorney has my mom's case to this day ,it's been over 10 yrs and all she wants to do is sell her medical back to the company ,I have given mr. nelson any and every paper work he needs to close her case , but has not , and they have not contacted for months and yrs , we have to go to the office over and over only to leave a message with the secretary, thinking she might get a phone call back or email or something but never got one any of those to this day ...we are not happy with his services , I have no idea why her case has dragged on for so long,,so bottom line here is that she wants to sell my medical , and close this case ,we are not happy with gary nelson attorney at law services at all , ,this case is still open so hopefully he will read this review and maybe figure out where and who wrote it and maybe close her case , but i will keep u posted with a update , to be cont...... 05/27/26 here is the update ,that is his response , our response to your response that you never told us that the company didn't want to buy my mom's medical back and NOW you want her to go to the doctors , I don't understand why can't u just come to agreement with the company , what is the hold up mr nelson , do what you are paid to do ,and ,let's close this already , we don't want this to be dragging on any longer , frankly I'm tired of you represting my mom . So that being said plz let's just take care of my mom's case ., thank you for reading our review and responding back ..hope to get this resolved soon ....

  I had a great experience working with Gary Nelson and his team on my workers’ comp case. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and clear about what to expect. Gary made sure everything moved efficiently and helped bring the case to a clean resolution without unnecessary delays. I always felt informed and supported throughout the process.   I hired Gary Nelson to represent me in a workplace injury lawsuit, and while there were some positives in my experience, there were also significant disappointments. Initially, Gary assured me of a successful outcome from our very first communication, and in all honesty, he was quite personable over the phone. He was usually prompt in responding to my emails, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that he never met with me face-to-face to assess the severity of my injury and better understand how to push the case forward. The case took more than three years to reach a settlement, which felt excessively long. During this time, Gary was not always clear in communicating the stages of the case to me. I was particularly unhappy when Gary sent an associate to represent him during my deposition. I had expected Gary to be there to prepare and support me through this crucial part of the process. When the case seemed to be dragging on, Gary suggested that I accept the settlement offered, which was far less than what I believed I deserved. Feeling disheartened by how the case was handled, I ultimately accepted the settlement. Although the case is now closed, I still experience pain and minor issues related to my injury. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend Gary Nelson for workplace injury cases. While he has some strengths, there were too many areas where his service fell short.
