  I had an incredible experience working with Zinn law firm. After I suffered a personal injury, I had no idea what I was doing or how to even begin navigating the legal process. From the very beginning, the team was communicative, supportive, and patient. They explained every step of the process in a way that I could understand and always made sure I felt informed and comfortable with what was happening. They were truly dedicated to my case and made me feel like I wasn’t just another client. I If you're going through something similar and need legal help, I highly recommend this firm.   After freshly moving to California for school, I was in a car accident that left me with lasting neuropsychological complications. I was extremely anxious about pursuing a lawsuit as I was merely 21 at the time of the accident and had no previous encounters with the legal world. Despite my fears, I met with a few local bay area-based firms, and the Zinn Law Firm seemed the most equipped to represent me since my case had similarities to others they had navigated before. More importantly, from my first encounter with Zinn Law firm, Jeremy Pollack and Marc Voisenat Jr. were extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding. They were always patient with me and thoroughly explained legal jargon to me when I was confused. During meetings when I got too overwhelmed or needed to step away, they always ensured I was okay, which means a lot to me. They showed me through their actions over the few years I worked with them that when they take on a case with a new client, they go above and beyond to support them in the best ways possible. They always prioritized my wellbeing while simultaneously navigating a very complicated legal case. They hired excellent experts not only for the benefit of the case, but also to give me more clarity about my conditions and potential options for tailored treatment plans. I am extremely pleased with my decision to have the Zinn Law firm represent me during such a traumatic period of my life. I give them the highest recommendation to anyone in need of legal assistance. If I could go back in time, I would choose the Zinn Law firm to represent me again and would most definitely request that both Jeremy and Marc be a part of the case again.

  Although chronic pain can sometimes feel like a curse, mostly I feel lucky to be alive and grateful for the help I've received since i got a second chance at living. It's been my recent experience that Zinn Law and Co. Are the best in the Bay at handling personal injury cases. When it comes to getting hit off your bike in the city, as I was, there really is no amount of$that can heal such injuries. But something is better than nothing, and in my case that something was great!! Thanks everyone (praying hands emoji)
