  I engaged Teresa A. Beyers for legal representation in Family Court in Hemet, CA. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, prompting me to share my concerns. I incurred expenses of over $8,000 for representation and services that were never performed. Teresa Byers billed me for serving court documents to the mother of my child, a service that was never carried out. My family and I personally served the mother in Temecula and filed the necessary documents with the Hemet, CA Family Court, providing copies to Teresa Beyers, who then invoiced me for these unperformed services. The initial filing of court documents was done by me as Teresa Beyers encountered difficulties with the e-filing systems. On November 17, 2022, Teresa Beyers participated in court proceedings over the phone at the Hemet, CA courthouse. Despite assurances that everything would be addressed and regular visitation with my daughters would commence, she unexpectedly agreed to a paralegal suggestion (mothers representation) to -monitored visitation, now costing me $250.00 for a 2-hour visit with my daughters every time I want to see them. I spent a total of $8,956.50 for a single court appearance, leaving me with a judgment imposing monitored visitation for unclear reasons. Teresa Beyers billed me for services that were never rendered, and her pricing changed as the filings progressed. In conclusion, I caution against hiring Teresa Beyers, as my experience suggests a lack of professionalism and integrity. She is not a trustworthy representation of the legal system. I advise prospective clients to explore other options and thoroughly vet their chosen attorney. I regretfully share my experience to prevent others from facing similar issues.
