- MHM. H.May 20, 20261.0Called for an appointment and the front desk transferred me directly to an attorney named Michael. From the start, he sounded irritated, dismissive, and completely uninterested in answering basic questions. I would have had no problem paying for a consultation if that had been required upfront, but honestly, after speaking with him, I’m glad I didn’t. Professionalism matters, especially when people are calling for legal help. The strangest part was when I asked for his name. He paused for several seconds and responded, “You want my name? It’s Michael.” The attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. If you work with clients, at least act like you want to!
