  I’ve never been treated with so much respect and I really valued how they made me feel like I mattered . Gabby was very professional, very understanding, and took care of any questions or needs that I had throughout my case. I would recommend the law firm of Neale & Fhima to anyone who needs an attorney, they will take care of you and will fight for you.

  I had an excellent experience with Neale and Fhima. Attorney Aaron Fhima and Monica handled my lemon law case. They were very responsive and addressed all of my concerns. The process was very easy with help of this law firm. I would highly recommend their services!

  I am happy that I retained this firm. Working with Aaron was the best part about the whole term since I retained them. At all times, he has made me comfortable. He is the partner at the firm, so my case was delegated to another attorney (probably an employee). I do not want to take her name here, but she pretty much forced me to surrender the car and worry about my money later and the deduction were not right either. When I requested a call to Aaron he jumped in and made sure that I am under no pressure to surrender the car until I am satisfied with the amount that I was entitled to. He always had a calm demeanor and talking to him is like talking to your own close friend. He is a wonderful guy and is always on your side. I also had another problem after surrendering the car my Attorney's assistant didn't reply to me in time about the payment which was promised to me (which by the way - was also a favor from Aaron to me), he jumped again and made sure that I get the payment in time and called me personally to apologize. Have I said earlier, Aaron is a great guy and I loved working with him. Aaron, thanks again for all your support and working with me & I know that I have been a little uneasy sometimes, but that's just me :) I am detailed and therefore expect other people to react the same way and do as promised. Therefore, I was sometimes hard on his staff as they were not doing what they were expected to do, but Aaron always passed with flying colors.

  Read applicable policy incorrectly which we felt embarrassed and shamed in front of insurance company. Fhima states and sends the following to Geico: “Relevant Insurance Policies & Demand for Policy Limits There are only two relevant insurance policies in effect that have coverage over the losses sustained by Mr. Liepe in the car crash of October 6, 2017. Mr. Liepe’s Auto UM/UIM coverage of $300,000/$300,000/$100,000 and his Umbrella coverage of $1,000,000. As mentioned in the beginning of this demand, Mr. Liepe is currently only making a demand under the Auto UM/UIM policy. After Mr. Liepe’s receives further treatment and care, he will then issue a supplemental demand under the Umbrella policy.”
