  DO NOT GO TO MORGAN AND MORGAN. THEY WILL JERK YOU AROUND. MY CASE WAS AN EASY TRIP AND FALL AND THEY DO NOT MOVE OR DO THEIR JOBS. THEY DONT CALL YOU WHEN YOU’RE SCHEDULED FOR A MEETING AND THEY SEND NO UPDATES THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE. AND IT TAKES 3 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO TERMINATE A CONTRACT WITH THEM SO YOU CANNOT FIND A LAWYER IN THE MEANTIME.

  I contacted them because I keep getting emails. I have instances, Cummulative, of abuse and neglect from a Santa' Monica CA rehab nursing home. Some care is good. I wasn't sure this was their type of case. Because of the politics of the case. I am being harassed by corporate management here.Brentwood nursing home 1st guy said it was their kind of case 2nd said NO I think they want neglect resulting in catastrophic injuries. I need representation to protect myself from.further abuse. Or harassment. Unless it's a big case. I think settlements eaten up by costs. Law firms as are care facilities All private for profit. They want easy cases that will result in big settlements. But I asked. Reading several 1 star. I see many being dropped or not supported. So just as well.

  Morgan and Morgan contacted me by phone literally within seconds of my filling out and submitting the claim form on its website - very impressive. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel like my claim mattered and that they truly cared. I know I called the right law firm. Based on the response I wouldn't want to be represented by any other firm.

  My husband was injured at work more than two months ago and he has yet to be seen by a surgeon. He has been shuffled from workers comp adjuster to adjuster, and from doctor to specialist to surgeon, all refusing to get him help (the original urgent care doctor is the only one who has helped him). Since the workers comp claim has been approved, workers comp lawyers won’t take the case. Since it’s not an injury that could get a lawyer millions of dollars in fees, personal injury lawyers won’t take the case. We were so hopeful when Morgan and Morgan accepted the case, set my husband up with an app and a case number, my husband signed a ton of papers, HIPPA documents, etc. We thought he was finally going to have someone in our corner to fight to get him surgery to repair the damage he has sustained that is keeping him from being able to fully function not only at work, but at life in general. We aren’t worried about a huge settlement, we just need someone to push the workers comp insurance to move faster—at this point, my husband will probably never have full function back because workers comp has neglected to give him timely medical care. We just received a letter today from Morgan and Morgan stating that my husband’s case just isn’t worth their time because it’s a workers comp case (which they knew from the beginning) and workers comp cases don’t pay enough for them to even try to take it. We were so hopeful, but now we are crushed. We have no one to turn to for help and will probably keep being shuffled around until we finally give up, which is what I think the insurance company wants us to do. Thanks for picking us up, Morgan and Morgan, only to bash us back onto the concrete.
