  I am writing to express my strong concern and dissatisfaction regarding the handling and outcome of my personal injury case following my car accident. After my vehicle was totaled and I suffered ongoing pain and loss of function in my hand and arm, I trusted your firm with my representation. I attended every appointment made for me and fully complied with all of your requests throughout this process. I was shocked to learn after months of waiting—and only because I reached out—that work on my case was paused under the false assumption that I had hired another attorney. I never hired or spoke to another attorney, and I do not know where this information originated. Furthermore, I have deep concerns regarding the final distribution. Out of a total settlement of $50,000.00, I received only $14,200.00. This amount is far from sufficient to cover even the replacement of my vehicle, which was fully paid off prior to the crash, increased insurance, increased dmv tags, let alone compensate for my ongoing physical injuries and significant disruption to my life. Doesn't seem right to me that this man can cause such disruption to my life at my age.

  Absolutely terrible. The people manning the first phone call are great , but apparently not connected to the firm... according to my case manager. Because by the time it got to the case manager I felt like less than a number. Messages were rarely responded to and phone meetings were just completely skipped. I finally got a letter, after visiting may doctors who called on behalf of the attorneys (no instruction or clarification from the legal team at all), saying my case was being dropped. At that point I had waisted almost 5 weeks. It was infuriating and I don't want anyone to be treated like that so I warn you to stay away.

  We would like to make an apology to Morgan and Morgan for the previous review due to miscommunication and wrong information we were given and acted out of anger they really are very concerned and care very much about people and do there very best to get people what they deserve Thanks to Morgan and Morgan for all there support caring and for winning my case I have been denied for years again we apologize for the misunderstanding and look forward to working with them again. Thank you for winning my case finally!

  Horrible experience and if zero stars could be given i would. I can tell you now, when you don't have a license and you don't have the best of income they will take your case and put it under people like Chance who you might call today but it takes weeks to hear back from them. In my experience with this firm i have had case workers giving medical advice, lawyers like Rudolph wise telling me what a judge will and won't accept. Tells me my objections are not responses, yet the tennessee rules of civil procedure clearly say some of these questions are reaching and unnecessary. Before i responded i looked through state laws and shelby county court to to find relevant answers to the questioning of the defendants attorney. Yet i don't believe Rudolph Wise even looked over the questions from the opposing attorney just sent them straight through to me, when i said that to him he didn't object. Then when i respond with the objections he tells me that the objections are not responses; yet they are; but his belief is that the judge won't accept the affidavits yet but hasn't given the affidavits to the judge. This is an example of INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL. I was moreso hurt because throughout the entire ordeal my leg has continued to ache and because it took quite some time to get the mri (because i wasn't limping) when they did do it almost 2 months later they claim they saw nothing...of course the swelling has gone down. I had cool physical therapists giving me their opinion on what they thought instead of listening to what i was telling them. Trying to relate things to my job that i have been on since i was young and never had this problem. The total experience was bad to the point i would never ask for any help from them again, i see those big smiles on t.v. but i damn sure didn't feel any of that the entire time i was going through this process. Meanwhile i have rudolph wise stereotypically and racially profiling me suggesting that i am being hostile, because i have a deep voice. With that blessing i must speak above a whisper to be clear. With my ears still tingling from his words that really set the tone of the enviroment of whom and what i was dealing with. I thought i was making a good move with this firm. As with the amount of tardiness on responses and unwillingness to research state codes and laws, i feel less sure now. I felt like i had hit someone the way he was trying to intimidate or coerce me into putting my autograph on the line and exposing my entire life on the front screen because he didn't want to do any proper research just get paid for chilling charging 40%, when in fact someone else rear-ended me. Sad world Now to right this wrong and travesty of justice.
