Then I got a call saying they were no longer interested and said they would refer out and pass my information along. I said multiple times please do not share my information. Comes across like a referral service that sells your information to other services.

Did you say what is my issue?” Because that is what it sounded like but I wanted to confirm. He goes “how can I help?” I say I didn’t hear your question, I am asking you to repeat it. He goes “how can I help you?” I say by repeating the question. He goes “how can I help you Ma’am?” I gave up and said thank you and have a nice day. If you lack customer service at the first interaction no way I’m paying you a 30-40% contingency fee.
