  Me alegra decir que final mente pude seguir peliando mi caso y al final se gano todo gracias a mi abogada Mica y Phil y mi interprete Zuri que entre voz tomaron su tiempo de pelear mi caso y me devolvieron la esperansa muchas gracias a Moon Law Group y su equipo les doy 5 estrellas y recommiendo mucho por su excellente trabajo .

  Called Moon Law to find out info about a class action that i wanted to opt out. Spoke with a gentleman Julian. He was very helpful, took my info after i explained my sutiation. Told me he would have someone reach out to me. Some Lady called me back, didnt give me her name. Had an accent of a Latina. Told her my name was Jesus. She kept calling me Jose, she seemed bothered and annoyed that i was asking for their help. Her tone of voice was clearly rude and annoyed. Didnt even let me explain what i needed. When i would tell her a bit of info her reply was "ok, and?" Or " so, what do you want me to do" not sure what your name is. But if you dont like your job. Find another. Or if you had a bad day, leave it outside your place of business. At the end of the day you work for customer service and keeping your clients happy should be a priority. Specially to a law firm. Horrible service from her. JULIAN was awesome. I expect that for someone like Kane Moon or any other partner, your reputation matters. Having a lady like her, just makes you look bad. Tried calling Allen, but he is never available and cant seem to schedule a callback. Or at least its what the receptionist said, that she didnt know when he would be available. It is what it is i guess. I just want to be opted out of the Case No, 24STCV11352

  I got a call from someone named Samantha at this firm after their "sister firm" already told me they would not take the case. the lady I spoke with wasted my time and was extremely rude. When I try to explain to her what I was going through at work and what laws I found that I know they are breaking she kept cutting me off. She said "well you know California is an "at will state" meaning you have the option to quit if you dont want to work there anymore same as them if they wanted to fire you for any reason. I let her know that does not mean they can breach contracts and avoid paying me. She said "yes it does. " I told her it doesn't sound like she is trying to help. She responded "sorry you feel that way." And hung up. Mind you they kept calling me. At will does not mean they can do whatever they want. It just means you have the option not to work there. It does not mean your employer can breach a contract whenever they want or put systems in place to avoid paying you. She was not an attorney she said she was just calling to take notes. Instead she kept cutting me off and when I told her I have proof that what she was saying is incorrect she ignored me and just kept saying "I think i know better about these things" ma'am if you think "at will" means your employer has every right to breach a contract they have with you / not pay you hours that you've worked you do not in fact know what you are talking about.
