  I worked with Barak Lurie and his incredible team, Dane Taylor, Luke Manzo, and Matthew Kiene for over two years on a very challenging lease transfer case for my bakery. My landlord was extremely wealthy and hired a large, well known law firm, making the situation very intimidating. I didn’t have much money, but Barak and his team believed in me and stood by my side. After my first retainer, they continued representing me without requiring another and often gave generous discounts to help with my financial hardship. From our very first meeting, Barak gave me a clear breakdown of my case, explaining its strengths and weaknesses. Let me tell you, Mr. Barak is incredibly smart and straightforward. He knows exactly what he is doing. If it weren’t for him, I don’t think I would have had the courage to take on my landlord. Every attorney on the team was incredibly aggressive in protecting my rights and never judged me for my financial situation. Toward the end of my case, I worked most closely with Matthew Kiene. He treated me like a younger brother, genuinely cared about my case, and gave me invaluable advice. I felt like I was his only case. Matt remembered every detail, understood my situation deeply, and showed me what a good attorney truly is. Matt proved that being an excellent lawyer isn’t all about the money, as people often say. After two long years, the case was successfully settled through mediation in my favor. I am deeply grateful for Barak Lurie, Dane Taylor, Luke Manzo, and especially Matthew Kiene. They are not only highly skilled, aggressive, and strategic attorneys but also genuinely caring and compassionate people. I don’t think I would have had the same experience with a bigger firm. I hope I don’t run into problems again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you, Matt. Thank you, Dane. Thank you, Luke.   Thank goodness Barak Lurie is so patient and capable as an attorney. He really took the load off my shoulders , with quick results and a outstanding outcome. He's the best....DBG

  Lurie & associates were beyond amazing! My wife and I suddenly found ourselves in a "Legal Catastrophe," and we had a million questions and not a million dollars. That "sick" feeling you get in the pit of your stomach and know that there's no pill that can make it go away. Within minutes of meeting Mr. Lurie, he made us feel so comfortable and we hadn't even showed him the complaint yet. Mr. Lurie took one look at the complaint--tossed it aside and said "This is Nothing," and that "sick" feeling was suddenly gone. Sure enough within a short amount of time the couple suing us were running scared and quickly retracted their lawsuit. Mr. Lurie mentioned before the lawsuit was dropped that in lawsuits such as this--there are NO guarantees, but we can guarantee this--if that "sick" feeling ever comes around again, we know who we're calling...Lurie & Associates.

  We had a very disappointing experience with this firm. My elderly mother sought their help after her business partner stopped sending her dividends, completely cutting her out of the business. During our initial consultation, Barack assured us that this was a straightforward case. We paid $25,000 upfront, expecting diligent representation, but after four months, nothing had been done—not even basic communication with the opposing attorney. When an update hearing took place, the firm failed to address the crucial issue of my mother not receiving payments. I trusted Barack, in part because he presented himself as a person of faith, but unfortunately, our trust was misplaced. This firm seemed more focused on collecting fees than actually advocating for my mother. Extremely disappointed in the lack of action and professionalism. Sharks just like the rest.

  It was such a pleasure to work with Barak Lurie and his staff. Barak is not only friendly and easy to talk to, he seems to genuinely care about my legal needs. The firm set my mind at ease after our first conversation, the stress I had experienced for months melted away. After that they researched, formed a plan, and garnered superior results for me. The rates for their services were very fair, and everything was spelled out in an easy-to-understand contract. I can strongly recommend Lurie and Kramer without reservation.
