Every phone call seemed to be with a different assistant or attorney, so there was no consistency and I constantly had to repeat my situation. Instead of feeling supported, I felt pressured and treated poorly throughout the process. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and someone willing to genuinely advocate for me, but that was not my experience.
