I recently worked with Brandon on a partition sale in La Crescenta, and he did an excellent job handling a very complex transaction from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented throughout the process.
There were a lot of moving parts involving the court, attorneys, escrow, title, and buyers, but as the referee, Brandon kept everything organized and moving forward smoothly. He was always available to answer questions and explain the process clearly.
