  During my long and sometimes difficult journey regarding my custody battle for my daughters to relocate them both to a new state to live with me. Envision Family Law was God sent. Michael and Kimberly have been legendary with hitting court filing deadlines as well as being consistent with timely communication to me with updates on the next steps through my uncertain custody journey. This has been important to me due to my busy work schedule along with being in a different state then my daughters. Not once did I feel I was just another client to these two because I was able to cascade my frustrations and stress through this long process to them and empathy was and has been always showcased by both Kimberly and Michael. Envision Family Law has been a blessing for me and my daughters to have Michael and Kimberly uphold the oath of going the extra mile for me as a client has been soothing as well as stress free.

  Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a hold of a person when I called the number. This entity seems like a broker or an exchange, or a third party service wherein lawyers’ contract with - to obtain clients. The person, I spoke to, Nicole, was very nice. I was charged immediately for a scheduled consultation. The lawyer tried to call me from a blocked number and called 10 mins. late. I was re-scheduled again in the late afternoon for their paid consultation (not free), but again the lawyer did not call. I waited for 30 mins. and the lawyer still did not call. I asked for a refund of my payment for the supposedly scheduled consultation. Envision services is fast with collecting payment or charging you even before you speak to a lawyer, but will not refund you as fast or immediately as they charged me for the legal consult service that was not provided.
