  When using this firm, double check all the charges for things they claimed they “filed.” Lots of charges from things that they claimed to have filled and charged for but the courts never received any of it yet the bill certainly came as if they did! Be wary if using this law firm. Shady. Will be reporting to state bar.

  PLEASE STAY EXTREMELY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM! My experience was so concerning I truly fear for anyone looking into retaining this firm. There are serious concerns about this firm’s billing practices, including overbilling, unnecessary motions/filings, and charges for work that wasn’t properly completed. My 5K retainer was fully depleted before we even reached the first court date, and this is all intentional by the firm. I raised these issues directly with the firm and requested my retainer back. Instead of resolving the matter, I have had to escalate my concerns to the California State Bar and fight to recover my money. After everything I experienced, I would not recommend this firm for any family-law matter. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully review every bill and understand exactly what you are being charged for.

  Genevieve was not only my lawyer through my divorce, but she was also my friend. I always felt under her wing through out the whole process. She handled a super aggressive man lawyer that was fighting dirty and got me a better outcome than I asked for. Highly recommend Genevieve to fight the good fight for you!
