  I can’t say enough good things about Genevieve and the help she provided to my family during an incredibly difficult time. We initially contacted Genevieve when my father became seriously ill and we needed help protecting his ability to maintain contact with his young children. She helped us understand his rights, explained the legal process clearly, and worked to obtain court orders that allowed him to continue having contact with his children during his illness. After my father passed away, we faced another difficult situation involving our relationship with our younger siblings, whom we had been close to their entire lives. Genevieve took the time to thoroughly research sibling visitation rights and helped us pursue the matter through the court. It was not a simple case, and the other side strongly opposed our request, but Genevieve was incredibly thorough, prepared, knowledgeable, and persistent. Ultimately, the judge ruled in our favor and we were granted visitation with our siblings. That outcome meant more to our family than I can put into words. Because of Genevieve’s work, we were able to remain an important part of our siblings’ lives and they were able to remain part of ours. Throughout the entire process, Genevieve was compassionate and supportive while also being completely honest and straightforward with us about the law and what we could realistically expect. She explained things in a way we could understand, never gave us false expectations, and genuinely cared about what our family was going through. My father was extremely grateful for her help before he passed away, and our entire family remains grateful for everything she did for us. Genevieve is an excellent attorney and someone I would absolutely trust again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, compassionate, and willing to truly advocate for her clients.

What stands out to me in how she handled my case is how she advocated for me. She is passionate and professional. She poured time and attention into my case. Because of these qualities, we were able to reach a great outcome for me and my children. Hannah, her paralegal, was very supportive and responsive part of my experience, as well.   Genevieve and Hannah are a fantastic team! It's not easy dealing with Child Support matter and highly recommend these two. They have tremendous patience and professional and won't over charge you unnecessarily. I have retained numerous others that charge super high.fees.for just an appearance and others play disappear ing acts as soon as there retained.
