  Gerry Maggio's firm was essential in supporting me through a legal separation. It took a great deal of stress off my mind to place my case in their hands. There's no price that can be paid to sleep soundly at night vs worry. They were not only professional and responsive, they helped avoid a costly trial through negotiated resolution. This made a tough situation manageable, and I appreciate their assistance in resolving my case.

  I hired Gerald Maggio to represent me in a spousal support dispute in January of 2022. The process was a pointlessly lengthy one due to many obstructions caused by opposing counsel and my ex, but Mr. Maggio was a godsend throughout the entire process. As things dragged on for more than two years - a ridiculous amount of time for what this should have entailed - his encouragement and support throughout were invaluable. I would have given up many times over were it not for Mr. Maggio and his wonderful team. His representation of me was excellent from start to finish. The many problems and setbacks we were forced to overcome across this arduous process were handled exceptionally well and when all was finally said and done, we arrived at a very favorable resolution. This would not have been possible without Gerald Maggio and his team's tireless efforts and genuine support. I would like to say a deep, personal thank you to Mr. Maggio and everyone who works with and for him. If you need representation in anything divorce related, I would recommend him to anyone - he is knowledgeable, confident, responsive, and professional.   I have changed my opinion on the firm based on a productive conversation with new Associate Julie Bernardi, who has committed to a follow up with the requested information for October 13th. I hope that on Friday I will be able to move this from a 4 to 5 star review.

  My experience working with the Maggio Law Firm, in particular Ellie Fazelli and her team, was very positive. She conducted herself very professionally and took the time to understand my needs and wants and the intrinsic details of my case ( Ellie would pull out the details out of my "venting" that mattered) which in turn made our case very strong. I would highly recommend The Maggio Law Firm and Ellie Fazelli to my family and friends.

  Gerry and his team did a great job walking us through the divorce process, and made the experience very pleasant given the circumstances. They were good at communicating with us through the process which made it that much more bearable. Thanks for everything the Maggie firm does!
