  I told Bailey what I had regarding mold exposure, I told her I don't have the letter from code enforcement, and the attorneys yet refuse to even consider the case knowing that the property owner received a violation and I showed them the complaint with the violation on there. This firm is not worthy.

  I am giving this 5-star review only because of Alex Lignell. At the beginning of my case, communication was not very good. I understand that the office works remotely and that they may be very busy, but there were occasions when I had to send multiple emails with questions before finally receiving an answer. Everything changed once Alex started communicating with me directly. He consistently answered every email and phone call and always took the time to help me. Alex was extremely patient with my straightforward questions and concerns, and I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and understanding throughout the process. Thank you, Alex, for being so patient, supportive, and respectful. Your communication and dedication made a very difficult situation much easier to handle.

  Called in for representation. Gave all my info. Received a call back that the lawyer would like to take my case. I was busy with work. After trying multiple times to call back. Numerous voicemails. They never replied. Just ghosted me. Multiple attempts. Multiple days. Nothing. Now I am looking for another service provider.
