  If you want an attorney on your side who is calm, collective and composed in a stressful situation, Mr. Trevor Hensley is the person one should hire. Mr. Hensley was there each time and on time. In my case and having to deal with a narcissist, I am glad I wasn’t and didn’t have to go through it alone. Perhaps there can be a lot said about other lawyers, but I got lucky with having an ethical one. I highly recommend.

  My experience with the Herrig & Vogt firm has been nothing but positive. Mr. Vogt and his staff took special care to understand our situation and come up with the appropriate course of action. Their explanation of the case and what to expect was very comforting to us as things were quite fluid. I have referred business associates to Herrig and Vogt, and they have been very pleased with the results. The care for the well being of the client is to me, what sets their firm apart and I would not hesitate to use them again.

  I hired this firm for grand parent visitation rights. Both the attorney and the paralegal followed up with me either via email or by telephone. Both answered all my questions. And the firm was very up front and honest with me, which I didn't expect that from any attorney. Although, i did not want to continue my case, they did everything they said they would do. I will definitely feel comfortable hiring them again. Also, i had money still on there books. It took one phone call and i received my refund 2 days later. Honest and knowledgeable.
