  I have had an amazing experience. I ended up in a motorcycle accident and they took care of everything while I healed. They made sure I had doctors appointments and treated every symptom I had with care and with empathy. Claudia was my medical person on my case and she was wonderful. I really enjoyed talking to her. Would highly recommend them.

  I was involved in an accident where I was hit from behind on a freeway onramp. It was clearly the other driver's fault. Reported it to my insurance, and they waisted 3-4 days questioning me and trying to get out of their portion of coverage. I called Big Ben and they took care of everything right away. Their staff, attorneys and paralegals were absolutely amazing. My vehicle was replaced, and my medical bills were also taken care of.
