  Heidi was amazing in every single way. The opposing party and opposing law firm were the worst case scenario for a family law attorney in San Diego. Heidi picked up the disaster my previous attorney left and turned the devastating circumstances into the best possible outcome. Heidi is knowledgeable, Heidi is professional,Heidi is successful for a reason (actually many), Heidi is PRUDENT! Throughout this process I knew I was naive but as custody disputes (or any disputes) go through the court process your logic (common sense) start to say “hey this isn’t right” and Heidi was not only able to guide me through the toughest times with patience but the exciting times with prudence. As far as the staff: Dalinah, Heidi’s assistant is amazing, always there, always professional and always has an idea of what needs to happen and when. If there is an urgent issue Heidi trusts Dalinah to make the right decision as to priories, scheduling and client care. Every Law Office should strive for a “Dalinah” to be their first point of client contact. Thank you Dalinah. Sandy, Heidi’s paralegal was professional and timely. I know Sandy works all types of hours to make this work, thank you Sandy. Ted, the do it all tech genius/operations specialist could and has really done everything in life. Ted was able to give our case a technological advantage over a much bigger firm (though for obvious reasons Heidi’s practice is growing). Not only did Ted assist in our legal predicaments, he softened the blow of this crazy, unnecessary battle. He understood and was sympathetic toward my situation as I was going through the HARDEST moments of my life. I looked forward to seeing him at the office, and would genuinely pay to learn life skills from him. Thank you Ted. Pamela, what would have I done without Pamela? Pamela was creative on the way she dealt with my seemingly impossible situation. Her intellect, (and when necessary) intense demeanor and knowledge were imperative to success in our case. I needed Pamela and I know why Heidi values her so much, thank you Pamela. As a male in the family court system I felt I was at a disadvantage until I hired Heidi, she made me feel equal, she fought for me and SHE WON! I could not recommend a person, a business or a law firm more. I have a real opportunity to be a father because of Heidi Collier and the amazing staff she has. Thank you.

  The Law office of Heidi Collier and her team were very warm and friendly. Dalinah is phenomenal and is very welcoming when you walk in the office. Misty is a wonderful paralegal and gets back to you in a timely manner. She is very efficient with your paperwork. Attorney Bowers is an amazing attorney and really takes heart to your case. She’s wonderful and very empathetic and has the best interest in your case. Heidi Collier and her team is highly recommended, I’ve had a great experience and knowing that her office really cares is remarkable. Everyone there has excellent communication and exceptional service. I highly recommend Heidi Collier and her team.

  Well, all I can say is this when you think you have all the answers you don’t that’s why you go to a professional Heidi and her team they are very professional. They are mindful of the expenses and costs. They are knowledgeable in their executions and explanations during the process after a long-term marriage. Heidi and her team made the process much easier than I could’ve imagined. The knowledge and professionalism throughout Including during court proceedings are in my opinion unmatched she is a professionalas well as the team behind her If you’re getting ready to file divorce, I highly recommend Heidi Collier and team

  Update since they want to fight me: WARNING TO ALL MEN, MY BROTHERS IN ARMS, LISTEN UP! HEED MY WARNING! The worst. Unabashedly woman biased law firm, men’s right be damned. This office almost cost me hundreds of thousands in future alimony and custody of my child. She wasted my time and money. She was always late to the meetings and cancelling appointments. Men, get a lawyer, fight for your rights, and don’t fall for the trap laid by mediation. No one wins in divorce, I certainly did not, but no one should have to kill their future or their family’s future on unfair negotiation. I was able to maintain custody, and saved my sanity and financial future. This firm is the worst firm I’ve ever dealt with, EVER, for any reason. I’ll say it again, most unprofessional firm in San Diego. Her paralegals did not show impartiality, they were full hugging the ex, and then egged on her greed. Men, you’ll hit rock bottom, but you’ll make it. Fight, don’t pay this firm a cent, you are too important to let them destroy your future. Get a good men’s right lawyer, prepare for battle. Men have rights too. I’d give her negative stars if I could. This is a warning review to all the men who ARE worth a damn, your rights matter. Yes, I’m bitter, not at the ex, but at the firm who wasted months of my time, and whose definition of justice was defined by what existed between a clients legs.

  Having Heidi represent you is one of the best decision you can make. Heidi is amazing. She will fight for you till the end. Going through a custody battle is never easy and you want someone on your side. You definitely want Heidi there for you. Her professionalism and expertise shows with the results she produces for you.
