  I had a really good experience with this law firm. Parag did a great job explaining everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. Cynthia was also so helpful! She’s very knowledgeable, responsive, and transparent, which I really appreciated. It’s nice dealing with people who actually communicate with you and keep you informed. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!!

Parag was able to quickly identify my potential risk (or lack thereof) after facing Stripe issues, provide a path forward, and reassure me that my business was structured properly for the specific issue I ran into. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And the staff are very friendly as well!

  I’ve had an excellent experience with Parag and his firm and would highly recommend them. Parag and his firm are assisting me with a complicated employment lawsuit. Before finding Parag, I went through several attorney intake processes while trying to find representation. In many of those conversations, I did not feel that the attorneys took enough time to understand the facts or complexity of my situation. By the time I had my initial consultation with Parag, I was somewhat apprehensive about going through the process again. That changed very quickly. Parag took the time to listen, ask questions, and understand what had happened. I would rate the complexity of my case as a 9 out of 10, and it involves a large corporation with significant resources, making it especially important to find an attorney who could fully understand both the details of the case and the broader issues involved. The firm's work began with a demand letter that was very well prepared and resulted in meaningful settlement discussions. When the matter could not be resolved, it proceeded into formal litigation. I was particularly impressed with the complaint. It presented the facts and legal issues clearly and comprehensively, and the firm identified additional legal claims that I had not previously considered. As the firm continued developing the case, the level of preparation and attention to detail became even more apparent. Without discussing confidential details, the relevant facts, chronology, issues, and supporting information were organized and presented in a thorough and methodical manner. It was clear that considerable time had been spent understanding the case rather than simply relying on a standard or cookie-cutter approach. Throughout my experience, I have found Parag and his firm to be professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and responsive. Litigation can be stressful and time-consuming, particularly when the opposing party has substantial resources. Having attorneys who understand the case and are prepared to advocate for their client makes a significant difference. I also appreciate that the firm has been straightforward with me throughout the process.
