  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this firm was disappointing from start to finish. During my initial consultation, my boyfriend happened to be in the same room. The attorney heard his voice in the background and immediately became upset, telling me he needed to leave and could not be present. I understand there may be confidentiality concerns, but this was never explained to me beforehand. Instead of calmly explaining the reason, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and left me uncomfortable. Despite that rocky start, I continued pursuing representation with the firm because I was repeatedly given the impression that they were interested in taking my case. Over the following weeks, I waited for a phone call that was supposedly being scheduled, but it never happened. Communication throughout the process was poor. On one occasion, after waiting four days for a response, I reached out for an update and was simply told to "please be patient." Ultimately, after weeks of waiting, I received an email from the receptionist informing me that the firm would not be taking my case. The issue is not that the firm declined my case. Attorneys have every right to do that. The issue is the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the amount of time that was wasted while I was led to believe the case was still being considered. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if timely communication and respectful treatment are important to you.

  Pat is a phenomenal lawyer. He has the perfect match of curiosity, understanding and dedication to help people he believes were hurt or wronged. He is fearless. I witnessed him in court presenting and delivering in such a calm way, unlike anything I had seen before. Best part? He brought up an issue of the case that I didn't think was necessary and it was the 1 single piece that brought peace and victory. Brilliant!
