  I've actually needed the services of Morey & Upton twice now, and each time I've had the gift of working with Misty, the case manager. It's a harrowing experience to be rear-ended, and Misty's professional yet kind approach made it all so much easier. In the first car crash, my friends, who were also in the car, used a different firm and received a much lower settlement. This last time was a relief for me to have them because the adjustor wanted to give me next to nothing. Thank you to Misty and the Morey & Upton firm for securing a just settlement for me.

  I am so grateful for the Morey and Upton Team! Back in 2021 I was involved in a car accident where I was left with injuries and I had no idea what to do. My neighbor recommended me to Morey and Upton and they helped me so much. They were so kind and helpful and patient with me during the long process of it all. They helped me find doctors that helped relieve the pain from the accident and got me a sum of money to cover the bills from the accident and recovery and more. I would recommend them to anyone that has been involved in an accident. I want to say that Pamela who my case manager was just incredible and amazing. I’m so thankful to her and being flexible in the way we communicated helped me so much.

  En mi experiencia: Fueron amables al principio y siempre respetuosos, pero su forma de llevar el caso no me gustó. La comunicación fue rara, primero te dician una cosa y durante el caso iban cambiando lo que te dicho en un principio. No senti que hayan hecho un esfuerzo adicional, un caso lleno de re procesos y correos de fechas interminables. A mi me estrellaron porque el chico se paso el semáforo en rojo. Ellos tenían todo a su favor pero aun así parecían más los abogados del chico que me estrello y de la otra aseguranza que los míos. La conversación se puso hostil cuando empecé a cuestionarles. Me cobraron el 33 % en un cheque que previamente me habían dicho que no lo harían, (Cheque que lo habian emitido en octubre y tenian guardado). Cuando los cuestione de que si se iban a esperar que pasara el año para terminar mi caso y así poder cobrar el 40 % .. lo terminaron en una semana pero me hicieron un cobro para agilizar el tramite. Su respuesta fue ( esta en el contrato). Y tienen razón, por eso tomese un tiempo para leer el contrato y ver si les conviene. Cobrar tan caro para hacer lo obvio.

  This was a great experience....Desiree Telep and her team did such a wonderful job making sure everything was taken care of correctly. I highly reccomend this firm and I appreciate everything they have done for me.
