It's a harrowing experience to be rear-ended, and Misty's professional yet kind approach made it all so much easier. In the first car crash, my friends, who were also in the car, used a different firm and received a much lower settlement. This last time was a relief for me to have them because the adjustor wanted to give me next to nothing. Thank you to Misty and the Morey & Upton firm for securing a just settlement for me.

I asked them if the fee for my mother's PI case was going to be 33% they said yes and when the case settled it was a 40%. The lawyer looked me in the eye and straight-up lied to me and my mom. They pulled the old bait-and-switch I will never recommend these people and I would stay far away
