- MMMitzi MMay 18, 20261.0I never post reviews, but I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions. I hired this firm for an uncontested divorce. My experience involved repeated clerical errors, poor communication, and a lack of accountability when concerns were raised. I completed my requested paperwork promptly, but some documents were not reviewed for months and became outdated, creating additional work for me. Several important items were also handled at the last possible moment, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Among the issues: documents filed with the court included my first name misspelled, the judgment was returned by the court for correction twice, and my prior last name was not restored in the final judgment despite me raising that issue during the case. These are only a few examples of errors I identified. After finding these and other issues, I reached out directly and requesting an opportunity to review with the attorney. I was told in writing that a meeting was not necessary and that the errors were considered “alleged.” That was when I chose to share my experience publicly. I understand legal matters can be complex, but accuracy and communication matter. I hope sharing this helps someone else make an informed choice.
