Communication was inconsistent, I often felt ignored, and I lost confidence in the process. I understand that FOIA and FBI records can take time, but I expected more transparency and better client support. Unfortunately, the overall experience caused me significant stress and I ultimately decided to request a refund and seek representation elsewhere 🥹
