  Matt helped me with out with a very old child support case. I had no clue of how to handle and what to do until I meet with Matt. Not often do you get direct access to your attorney. Not the case with Matt. He was always available and kept me updated all the way through the entire process of resolving my back child support. Could not be happier to have this finally done. It would not have been possible without Matt. Personal service at its finest.

  After years of a difficult and exhausting custody battle, I was beginning to feel defeated and hopeless. I had spent years in and out of court, dealing with repeated filings, false allegations, denied parenting time, and constant legal challenges. Despite my efforts, it often felt like I was fighting an uphill battle. In April 2025, my daughter reached out to me with serious concerns, and I knew I needed an attorney who would aggressively advocate for both of us. My former attorney referred me to Matt, describing him as a "pit bull in the courtroom." That description could not have been more accurate. From the moment Matt took my case, he moved quickly and strategically. He secured an emergency hearing, successfully located the opposing party despite multiple relocations, and pursued critical financial records that had never been disclosed. His preparation, attention to detail, and command of the facts were exceptional. What impressed me most was Matt's courtroom presence.   I had the privilege of hiring Mr. Schultz in October 2024, amid a challenging divorce case that had been languishing since January 2022. Prior to hiring his firm, I had worked with two other attorneys who were unable to advance the proceedings. Mr. Schultz, however, demonstrated remarkable proficiency by swiftly navigating over two and a half years’ worth of motions, files, and hearings. His impeccable handling of subpoenas to find hidden assets was exemplary. Mr. Schultz’s strategic acumen was evident when he filed a motion for contempt, which he successfully won. His deep knowledge of the law, coupled with his concise and responsive communication, made a significant difference in my case. Despite the respondent and their attorney’s failure to provide complete discovery and disclosure, Mr. Schultz remained assertive, steadfast and unyielding. He put 110% of himself into my divorce case. His expertise in managing high-conflict cases was particularly noteworthy as we proceeded to trial in March 2026, where he achieved a solid victory. Not only was my case won, but I was also awarded attorney’s fees, underscoring the thoroughness and effectiveness of his representation. I cannot recommend Mr. Schultz and his associate, Nicole, highly enough! Their dedication and skill were instrumental in securing a favorable outcome in what was a highly complex legal battle.   Matt is the BEST thing that ever happened to our family. We were referred to Matt by a friend of ours after we had told her how displeased we were with our previous lawyer. I feel like we came to Matt with a hot mess of a situation, but that never seemed to phase him. Matt is attentive, professional, responsive, thorough, honest and a total badass in the court room. He is incredibly fast when it comes to communication and that made things a lot easier on us when we were wanting answers/explanations quickly. Although most things are via video conference right now, watching Matt in front of the judge was amazing and I am sure it would have been even better in an in person setting. To say we are thankful for Matt is an understatement. Hiring him as our attorney was the best decision we ever made. Even if we hadn't won our family case, we knew he did absolutely everything in his power to help us. Of course in the end we did come out on top, but even if we didn't we still were so very pleased with his legal services.
