  Morgan and Morgan took my case. Mishandled it through the fault or there own employee. They dont return calls, they dropped me like a rock and to this day have not return my calls.

  Please be careful when listening to those polished, synthetic commercials promising that a lawyer is “on your side.” I’m speaking from personal experience. I’ve been dealing with an industrial injury since 2011. I’ve had two back surgeries, and today I made the extremely difficult decision to fire my attorney because I was trying to find a law firm that would actually fight for me. I truly believed this company might finally be the one to help me. The commercials make you feel like they care about you, your family, and what you’re going through. But today, when I was denied help, I was absolutely crushed. It feels like if your case isn’t financially worthwhile to them, or if you have a previous case, suddenly the promises disappear. I understand that businesses have to make money, but please don’t make injured people believe you’re there to fight for them when you ultimately won’t take their case. I was already broken down from years of pain, surgeries, and fighting for what I believe I deserve. Being turned away today pushed me to a very dark and discouraging place. I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to blindly believe a commercial or assume that someone is automatically going to be there for you just because they say they are. This is my personal experience and my opinion. I wish everyone the best, but I also hope people do their research and ask hard questions before putting their trust in anyone. I’m still here. I’m still fighting but for how long. I’m just exhausted from having to fight so hard to get someone to actually help me.

  Grateful for the service provided by Steven Jones and Khristine Kerr. Khristine really goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes you feel like you are the only case she is working on. She fights for your rights and truly cares about the quality of her work and the greater outcome of the case. Very down to earth, communicative, and precise at what she does. I felt like my case moved so quickly with her hand on it. Thank you for advocated for me, for showing kindess and patience. Working with this team really made a difference and provided such peace that I didn't have to fight this accident alone.

  A total assembly-line machine. I submitted a fact-driven intake form detailing complex corporate contract breaches. They missed my call at 8:06 AM, and then a representative named Michael called me back at 7:02 PM. He clearly hadn't read a single line of my text, lazily mischaracterized the scenario as a routine dispute, and tried to claim I was the one who initiated the call. They value high-volume automation metrics over basic professional diligence.
