  Alex has been a fundamental part of getting our business off the ground. We’ve had several complex agreements to navigate, and he has been incredibly thoughtful in helping us work through ambiguity and understand our options. What I appreciate most is that Alex is a great steward of both our time and budget. He never recommends drafting something simply for the sake of it. His advice is practical, considered, and focused on what we actually need. He’s also exceptionally responsive and attentive to his clients. Most importantly, a recent change in our business showed just how valuable his counsel has been.
