  We highly recommend Robert Skousen at Udall Shumway. We had a great time working with Robert. He and his team were super responsive, professional and timely with helping us get all our estate plan in place. Robert was patient and met us both in-person and by zoom to address our questions and guiding us through the estate process. The front office handled the logistics and scheduling effectively. We recommend using this firm and especially Robert for estate planning services.

  Charged my daughter $8000 Retainer. She gave Mr. Everts $1,000 cash and $7,000 on her credit card. She gave him all the evidence about the drug abuse by her ex-husband, which was harming her son. He never sent her anything, would not return her calls. Then said he was to busy and couldn't do the case, and is refusing to refund any of her money. She is a single mon, and now she has to borrow more off her house. This firm are crooked. Beware.

  Used this firm for a very stressful and heartbreaking case, my child has been directly harmed emotionally because of this firms incompetency. I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible. They act caring and respond to you quickly from the beginning then once you sign the contract and give retainer you are invisible. Take's them days to reply to emails, does not reply to concerns, ignores or dismisses your requests. There are many other firms in the metro area.... look elsewhere. They overcharge on billing and do not reply to anything when you bring it to thier attention. Look closely at their reviews... I though with 4.5 stars they were good, but if you look they have an abundance of reviews 10 and 11 months ago... Like they sent a blast out to friends and family to review them to boost their stars.... go to the negative reviews.... they ARE TRUE... Would not recommend this firm!!!!
