  I've always been wary of signing any legal contract without having an attorney review it beforehand. A while back, I had Andy review a particularly lengthy real estate contract before I signed it. Not only did he help me understand what all the sections and addendum's meant, he also gave me straight forward advice on the changes I should ask for before signing it. I've gone back to him several times since for legal advice. Throughout the time I've been working with him, he not only earned my respect, he also earned my trust.
