  As a first-time Successor Trustee, I needed an attorney to walk me through the estate process, provide the needed legal documents, and to help with whatever issues were bound to come up. Jeff gave me a real free initial consultation (unlike other attorneys who give you the first 20 minutes "free" with regular attorney prices thereafter), then charged a flat fee to complete the entire process. He was always accessible via email and phone, and he communicated clearly what step was next and what was his responsibility as the attorney vs mine as the Trustee. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who wants a true partner that will help them be successful in their Successor Trustee role.

  Jeff helped my wife and I set up a Living Will and Trust. He is very knowledgeable, and clearly answered all of the numerous questions I had about such a thick document. He communicates very well and I will use his services again if I need to.
