  I was charged with DUI in Summerdale Al. The thing is I wasn't drunk or under the influence of any drugs. I took a breathalyzer test and it was 0.00 then I took the urine test passed it also. At the time I was on parole and even my parole officer knew it was wrong . I was held in jail and lost my job but after 30 days I was released because the parole board said it was ridiculous. I was found asleep in my car. I was overworked and had worked 3 shifts straight. BUT AFTER BEING RELEASED WITH NO INCOME AND ALL MY BILLS BEHIND I STILL HAD TO FACE COURT IN SUMMERDALE.The officers are always right was my mentality and taking a plea bargain seemed the only thing to do. So I went to my hearing and was appointed a lawyer and given a court date. That was the first day I met Forrest I couldn't believe his reaction as he read the details of my case.He looked me in my eyes and said don't worry I can handle this. Again he said don't worry, but honestly I was terrified. He asked for a few contacts and when it was close to my court date he contacted me againbeun.t and for the third time I heard don't worry. Well I was set to go to trial and sitting there worried to death as I watched the judge sentence people over and over . Then my name was called but not by the judge . It was Forrest calling me outside the courtroom to talk. He told me that today I would walk away from here not owing a dime and my case would be dismissed . I was told by the judge I was a lucky man . The truth is I was very lucky to have Forrest and the Kesling law firm represent me.I recommend these guys to anyone who wants to be treated as a person and not a number. I sincerely appreciate all the work put into clearing my name. Forrest you rock my friend. God bless you all.

  Kesling Law is very impressive. I recently switched legal counsel to him because his work has outshined all prior. He accomplished what I once thought couldn’t be possible. I’ll definitely be using him with all legal matters going forward. Top notch.

  10/10.. Highly recommend! Mr. Drinkwine was my appointed lawyer for a case. Most court appointed lawyers are not the best or even interested in helping truthfully but He kept me updated on any changes & his response time was quick when I had questions. He worked so hard & diligently. I’d recommend this law firm to anyone.
