  Terrible experience! I was connected with a Stephen Last via Legal Shield. He requested of me to send him documents pertaining to my case. I had to drive to a courthouse an hour away to obtain these documents and then upload them for him to review. I work all the time so that was not easy to do. But I did, and he basically told me that I have a “mess” and that he can’t help me. But for $500 he’ll refer me to someone that that $500 will go toward but will cost me much more. I don’t have much money at all, was the whole purpose of signing up with legal shield. And while I understand that it costs tons of money to have a fair shot in the legal system, and don’t have expectations of being represented in court, I did, however, expect a little more than “I can’t help you but give me $500 and I’ll give you the name of someone else that might.” I just needed some advice. Some guidance. What to expect out of my case so I don’t feel so incredibly alone in this very important case I have coming up. The main takeaway from my experience with the legal system is this “it doesn’t matter if you are right or wrong, whether you’re good or your bad, it matters what you can pay for in the legal system. And if you can’t come up with hundreds, even thousands, of dollars UPFRONT then basically you have no chance at winning any court case.” He could have handled it with a little more heart. With a little more empathy. He just said that and completely stoped replying letting me know that he doesn’t have time for people with no money

  They got all the facts wrong, sent a demand letter with these incorrect statements/facts and I haven't heard a peep from them since they sent that monstrosity of a "demand" letter 3 months ago now. If you like no service and attorneys who don't pay attention to detail, this is the firm for you! I have a decent case for auto fraud/deceptive practices after buying the worst used car I've ever bought in my life. I won't go into details as this is going to have to go to court but, I won't be using this law firm. I was so hoping I was wrong about my impression of the attorney I was linked up with through legalshield. When I talked to her, she didn't sound like she cared at all. When I asked if she read what I wrote for the description of what I needed, I got a hesitation, and a shakey "yeah I read it" which told me she didn't read it and after reading the demand letter, I KNOW she didn't actually pay attention to what she read. Sadly, I was right. If you are with legalshield, demand a different law firm.

  𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.🔥 If you use LegalShield, this is likely the law firm you will be assigned to, and I am so glad I was able to get my issues resolved. I am a pretty organized, competent, and analytical person, so I already had everything I needed and clearly explained my request. The assigned attorney hit a home run every time! 🏆 A lot of these reviews seem to come from frustration, which is rightfully so, but sometimes you have to stay above water, stay organized, and advocate for yourself. It also helps to familiarize yourself with the law in certain areas so you are not completely blindsided or solely relying on the attorney or paralegals when it comes to certain issues. If you need demand letters sent, legal advice, etc., these are your people. I will absolutely continue using them.
