- BMBrandi McGlathery1 day ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. He represents my daughter’s dad. Who was in jail with no bond. He filed a motion for a bond based on the grounds that my ex was “needed for parental support because he was a vital witness in a sexual assault case in which his child was the victim, & his daughter attempted suicide & was hospitalized.” This man NEVER showed up for our daughter, never checked on her, didn’t even answer a phone call when she was hospitalized again after he was released for those circumstances. He also was NEVER subpoenaed as a witness for the trial. David allowed these lies to be brought before the Judge. Turns out it’s because my ex is living with & sleeping with David’s paralegal.
